- Drive national IA components business and support regions to achieve business indicators
- Close working with commercial teams to focus on segment 3+3+3 /new KA development/ region development/ win-lost analysis/pipeline management, etc.,
- Develop promotion plans for core offers/hero offers/new offers/GTM definition, responsible for offer promotion events and trainings
- Market insights/demands and competition analysis, cooperate with product managers to generate customer portrait/ product evolution/ portfolio roadmap to consolidate leadership
- Price management together with pricing team to balance pipes/regions, SPA/LTP quota and regular price audit
- Assist on regional Ecosystem (Sales-Partner-Customer) development

资格
- Engineering Bachelor (Electrical, mechanical and automation) preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing industry, preferably with marketing background
- Excellent communication, presentation and analysis skills
- Ability to sales-driven and result-driven, work under presure to deadline
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
