Mission:

Manages a customer project/service technical team that covers a country or cluster (or a region if single-division or back-office scope)
- Accountable for technical quality & delivery, technical risks mitigation, competency plans ; safety ; cybersecurity.
- Develop collaboration between all solutions stakeholders (in segments / BUs / GCP&SO organizations)
- Deploy transformation initiatives for more software, more services and more sustainability & Customer Project technical governance in his/her perimeter.
- Ensure consistency of delivery capacities & competitiveness in term of resources & expertise vs. business trends and BU strategy (launch of new solutions, replacement of old ones, ...)

Scope and Environment

Customer Projects and/or Services Operation Center at one region (Iberia zone).

Key responsabilities and activities
1 Manage hierarchically multi-cultural Engineering Team(s) (mainly DAT3/4/5 and DPT3/4/5 and DQT4), supporting Customer Projects or Services Business in Tender and Execution phases toward successful delivery. 2 Monitor, control, drive and report the technical solutions' performance, level of risks and mitigation measures, quality, customer satisfaction. Ensure consistency of delivery capacities & competitiveness in term of resources & expertise vs. business trends and BU strategy (launch of new solutions, replacement of old ones, ...) 3 Manage solution business risks and opportunities in order to ensure accurate technical risk coverage (including people safety & skills and cybersecurity), as well as mitigation through opportunities 4 Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction & Quality mindset, and full sharing of customer experience culture within Customer Project or Services teams. Make sure that codes of Ethics & Compliance of Schneider Electric are fully respected in his/her perimeter. 5 Deploy the Transformation initiatives with a lean and agile mindset : new technical operating model, digital transformation, ecostruxure, capex to opex. 6 Develop collaboration between all solutions stakeholders within the cluster (Sales, Services, Tender, Execution, Management) & regional application center 7 Build & Lead the Best Teams (recruitment, on boarding, career dev, upskilling, technical career path), Prepare the Pipeline of the future, by scouting diverse (gender / generation / cultural / digital) pool of critical Talents according to market & business needs. Requirements Education 1 A level +5 years (Master of engineering school, Master of Science, Master of Research or PhD) Language requirements 1 English and Spanish are mandatory 2 Another language is a plus Experience 1 5 years Technical Leadership experience (international exposure), preferably in Projects or Services Business. 2 Solid Business Acumen (P&L, cash management, commercial and financial control, Risk and opportunity management) and strong result orientation Skills requirements 1 Solid knowledge of customer project or services business in terms of value chain, trends (market, technology, organisation) and key success factors 2 Strong team builder/team developer of multi cultural teams in complex environment, ability to put in place collaborative climate to leverage diversity 3 Very good relationship skills and ability to convince and communicate effectively with executive Leaders & customers, and external stakeholders 4 Confidence and courage to lead with Agility and make appropriate decisions. Accept accountability in moving & uncertain situations.
