This position facilitates organization and leadership development efforts, working with hourly employees and supervisors to address root causes of human resources issues. Resolves employee relations issues through a systematic approach. Assists senior management in the development of solutions through cultural and process perspective organizational development. Develops and drives company-wide programs and initiatives.

  • Identifying critical HR metrics.
  • Adjusting HR strategies to respond to changing business needs.
  • Support HRBP of business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Works closely with management supervisors and hourly employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention.
  • Fosters the highest level of commitment among our people through transparent communication about business challenges, successes and results.

This job might be for you if:
  • Active bachelor students from 7th semester and up related to the HR area: Administration, Psychology, IIA, International Busines, Communication, Public Relations.
  • Graduating in December 2025 or later
  • English Level Advanced
  • Strategic mindset: anticipate future trends and implications accurately.
  • Energized when faced with ambiguity and uncertainty; deals constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes.
  • Personal commitment to and takes action to continuously improve and lean; accepts assignments that broaden capabilities.

  • Availability on the morning from monday to friday, 30 hours a week
