We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and self-drive individual who is eager to join us as an HR Intern, learn and participate in the delivery of HR Programs in collaboration with the Schneider Electric Canada Human Resources team for 4 months from May to August.
The successful Candidate will join our team in the Mississauga Location to collaboratively work with our HR Business Partners and Experts to successfully develop and implement HR related initiatives in alignment with our new Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and business ambitions.

What will you do?
- Assist in delivering HR projects, focus groups and initiatives under the guidance of HR experts.
- Support the HRBP team in various HR activities and programs.
- Contribute to talent management efforts, including onboarding processes and early career talents.
- Participate in projects related to the deployment and reinforcement of company values and culture.
- Collaborate with team members on diverse HR tasks and projects.
- Attend and actively participate in HR Team meetings with insights from current school curriculum, external points of views and asking questions to ensure full understanding of the different HR objectives discussed during the meetings.
What qualifications will make you successful?

- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources management, Industrial Relations or a related field.
- Availability to physically work from their main office 2-3 days per week in a hybrid work environment.
- Curiosity for learning, passionate, resilient, problem solving and accountability mindset.
- Interested in planning and execution of Project Based HR topics.
- Strong collaborative and teamwork skills with an ability to also research and work independently with limited supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Power Point, Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Experience or Understanding on how to leverage Generative AI tools such as Copilot
- Candidates from Montreal must be bilingual in French and English

Our Internship salary ranges are fixed and they are determined by the level of education you are seeking and years of study you are completed from your program.
