The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR Services team where you can be based in either Adelaide or Brisbane. Ready for the next step in your career, you will provide high quality support to our employees, managers and the HR community. This will see you exposed to all aspects of the employee lifecycle as you continue to grow your skills while driving continuous improvements and the standardisation of HR Services delivery.

This exciting new career opportunity will see you:
- Managing the employee lifecycle covering all events from onboarding through to offboarding
- Providing guidance on items such as; HR Operations, International & Domestic Mobility, Payroll and Reward and Service queries
- Providing high levels of customer service as you maintain strong relationships with employees, managers and other key stakeholders
- Co-ordination and case management of employee benefit programs
- Support global initiatives to improve employee experience and other cyclical activities
- Collaborate with various functions to focus on outcomes that have people at the centre of everything
- Ensure compliance with relevant company policies and other legislative requirements
You will ideally bring:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR would be ideal, coupled with experience in a similar role
- Previous Australian HR administration experience with knowledge of HR practices, policies and processes covering the entire employee life cycle
- Intermediate IT skills with previous exposure to HR systems and platforms
- Strong attention to detail with previous experience in reporting and data analytics
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team mindset to collaborate with stakeholder groups and achieve outcomes through people
- Although not essential, those with previous experience with immigration, international and domestic relocation and mobility services will be viewed favourably
