Your mission:
Perform workforce administration activities (i.e. preparation of employment related documents, HR tools updates...) within a defined process in compliance with local law & regulations. Standardize and simplify regular HR Administration processes. Acts as project team member in various workforce administration projects.

What your tasks will be:
- Drive main employee administration processes from onboarding to offboarding
- Perform workforce administration activities (i.e. preparation of employment related documents, HR tools updates...) within a defined process in compliance with local law & regulations
- Administer personnel files and classify employment related documents
- Provide support and consultation to Employees regarding HR process and HR-related items
- Provide support and take necessary actions for International Mobility processes
- Triage employee inquiries via our ticketing system and build and update HR information based on subject matter expertise
- Participate in HR digital tools implementation locally and regionally in partnership with global stakeholders and vendors
- Be a change agent for new ways of working in-out of HR and facilitate discussions about complex topics to engage your stakeholders and customers
- Cultivate continued partnership within HR, other functions and vendors to ensure sustained service delivery
- Drive process re-engineering and service innovation, removing silos and acting as a thought partner/consultant
- Lead action-oriented analyses and provide regular reports so that the best people decisions are taken
- Collaborate in the design and roll-out of HR initiatives and new programs
What we need from you:
- min. 1-2 years of experience in HR is required with specialization in any of the following areas: Payroll, People Administration, Compensation, International Mobility, Learning and/or Project management
- Fluency in Hungarian AND English is a must
- Ability to take initiative and work well within ambiguous environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively within/across teams, implementing structure and clarity
- Ability to process large amounts of information in a logical and meaningful way
- Excellent interpersonal savvy, communication and problem-solving skills & resourcefulness and great time management skills
- Growth mindset, self-awareness and adaptability
- Experience in managing multiple vendors/internal stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively, productively & collaboratively as an integral part of HR
