HR Project Manager (1 year determined period)

We are seeking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee key HR projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and schedule, while ensuring all objectives are met and stakeholders are satisfied.

What will you do?

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Develop project plans including timelines, resources and budget requirements
  • Lead and coordinate project team members, including internal resources and third parties/vendors
  • Monitor project progress using appropriate systems, tools and techniques and address issues to ensure timely delivery
  • Manage project budget and analyze project profitability
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Communicate project updates and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within HR or related functions
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead change initiatives and resolve project-related challenge
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software.
