The Role: Human Resources Director
Overview: Lead the HR function in the Philippines Global Supply Chain, working closely with all local HR Business partners to ensure an integrated customer experience in delivering HR services. You will provide consultative support to the business VP and the Leadership Team. Assist leaders to build a strong Talent pipeline for current and future growth.

planning, Talent Identification, development and Retention, Recruitment and Selection, Workforce Planning and Organizational Efficiency, Employee Engagement
• Monitor and support HRBPs' experience and engagement in the region through career development reviews, Employee survey analysis, and other activities
• Through workforce analysis, identify regional trends, issues and opportunities. Keep abreast with the market and economic, and competitor updates including membership in HR communities and networking
• Oversee strategy and execution and delivery of an integrated HR offer across multiple locations to build Management capability
• Support development of both fundamental and advanced people management skills front-line through selected nomination of talents to key leadership programs
• Provide accurate monthly report and quarterly HR and Business report. Participate in Factory Reviews, Business Reviews, People Reviews etc
• Understand regional workforce plans and work with site leaders to proactively manage any site initiatives associated with those plans
• Work effectively with various HRBPs, Regional HR Teams, and Other BU HRs to coordinate and integrate Support for the business
• Assist VP with resource allocation decisions, HR project tracking, and capacity and resource planning efforts
• Collaborate with other HR leaders to execute major projects, share best practices and coordinate team efforts
Who would be successful?
• Bachelors Degree required, Masters (or equivalent experience) preferred
10+ years of HR experience in a large, complex business environment
• Strong sense of organizational awareness and ability to navigate complex and highly matrix environments
• Able to build consensus and create collaborative relationships
• Creative problem solver with a high level of initiative and a sense of personal accountability
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to quickly establish credibility with business leaders
• Strong project management, capacity planning, and strategy skills
• Superior relationship management and influencing/negotiating skills
• Demonstrated strong management, leadership, and coaching expertise
• Broad knowledge of Manufacturing and other Supply Chain functions
• Work location: Rosario, Cavite
