Key Responsibilities: HR Data Maturity: Your primary responsibility will be to drive the overall Data Maturity of the assigned Sub-Domains (Talent Acquisition, Learning, Rewards, Performance or Talent etc) through regular assessements and follow up actions Data Maturity Framework: Implement robust data governance practices ensuring Data Maturity in the identified areas. Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data quality and integrity through data profiling, monitoring, and implementing quality standards. Data Readiness for AI: Ensure Sub-Domain data is ready for People Insights and AI use cases by ensuring it is clean, well-structured, and compliant with industry standards, enabling effective machine learning models and predictive analytics. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that HR data practices comply with relevant regulations and standards, safeguarding sensitive information and minimising data risks. Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Data & Performance and Schneider Digital teams and other stakeholders to promote data stewardship practices and foster a culture of data excellence Resolving Issues: Help with highlighting and resolving data-related issues and discrepancies to maintain data integrity and accuracy of the Sub-Domain data. Managing Metadata: Manage metadata and data dictionaries to ensure comprehensive documentation and understanding of data assets. Expertise and Guidance: Provide expertise and guidance on data management and usage to HR teams and other stakeholders. Training & Support: Provide training and support on Data Governance best practices, tools, and technologies. Reporting & Analysis: Generate insights to inform HR strategies and improve overall data maturity and regulatory reporting compliance. Qualifications: Proven expertise and experience (8 years+) in data management, governance, or stewardship, preferably within an HR context. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with data governance frameworks and tools.
