Roles & Responsibilities
- Working as HR business partner with related business organization to translate business priorities into HR actions.
- Working closely with business leaders to drive HR strategy including high performance, talent development, leadership development, and learning culture.
- Lead or involved in other related HR projects: such as agile organization transformation project, talent development program, etc.
资格
- Minimum 5 years of HR work experience in multinational corporation, good understanding of local labor market; HRBP experience in similar industry is highly preferred (2B传统行业/IT/互联网)
- Human Resources Functional Competencies: Business Partnership / Consulting, Development and Career Planning, Recruitment and Selection, Employee Development, Compensation & Benefits, Labor Relations, Internal Communication.
- Leadership Competencies: Cooperation Enhancement and Adaptation, Influence and Convince, Customer Focus, Results Driven, Change Management, Talents Development, Leadership Coaching
- Cross- Functional Competencies: Project Management, Effective Report Writing, data analysis and insights
