Position - HR Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining data integrity of the HR database using data entry procedures and regular audits of the data (including the performance of audits and data transfer)
- May conduct research to determine the effectiveness of personnel programs and policies.
- Ability to work and communicate confidently within a multicultural Global environment and with all levels of the organization
- Ability to input a large volume of data onto the system accurately, meticulous attention to detail, and ensure completion in a timely manner within SLA.
- Ability to follow SOPs, Policies, and Procedures and ensure meeting compliance requirements
- Track and report daily activities. Facilitate audit of the work generated
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Interact and co-ordinate with Talent Acquisition, HRBP, and Manager as and when required to complete transactions
- Ability to differentiate sensitive cases and escalate if required with the manager
- Research and resolve data issues.

Key Skills:
- Ability to understand data and extract meaningful information from systems.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel preferred
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable, client service-focused, collaborative, organized, and skilled at multitasking
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous analyst, information systems, and/or HR experience of 3+ years preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
