For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $136,000 - $204,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Healthcare System Architect
Summary:
The person filling this role, will be responsible for running multiple customer labs. These labs are setup for testing Integrations between third-party Healthcare Low Voltage system and Schneider Electric's Patient Engagement and Building Management Systems. Your stakeholder in these labs will be patient advocates, clinicians, IT experts, clinical maintenance, facility and security staff. The role will report to the Healthcare Solution Architect who is managing the customer and designing new use-cases that will be implemented. As the project moves into the construction phase the role will be responsible for rolling out the developed solution to the new hospital and working with the commissioning team to validate. During all project phases a key part of the role is to train local staff on how to support the solution once implemented. This position will require 40% to 50% USA travel to customer sites, where labs with equipment are housed. When not working onsite the role can be remote from your home connecting remotely into the lab equipment. This role will be responsible for all aspects of the labs from servers and network to working with third-party venders to install their products. This position will also be the interface with Schneider Electric development team while new software is being developed and tested in the lab.
Preferred Experience and or skills:
- Schneider Electric Building Management system
- BACnet implementation and troubleshooting with third-party venders
- Microsoft Operating systems, Linux, SQL, DNS server, Firewalls and VMware
- Network topics like VRF's, segmentation, device authentication, security tokens, firewalls, Active Directory
- Advanced trouble shooting skills like Wireshark and packet analysis
- Work with or ability to learn fast how to use Low Voltage systems like Nurse Call, Real Time Location Services, AI Cameras, Lighting and shade control, etc.
- Programming knowledge of JavaScript and Node JS
- Understanding of Healthcare Electronic Medical Records open protocols like HL7 and FHIR
- Desire and ability to learn something new every day relate to newest technology
- Empathy and ability to work with highly educated stakeholders daily
