Mission

Promote and assist the management in the development and application of prevention program in Services Business Unit. Monitor regulatory changes within Services. In addition, maybe be in charge of safety for Services. Ensure and manage the performance of FM building of Services, optimize operation cost & service to the users. Ensure SERE values within the management committee.

What will you do?

  • Guarantee compliance to regulations in the field of Health, Safety, Environment, Energy and Facility Management
  • Deploy & pilot the professional risk assessment
  • Define, implement and follow up energy reduction actions according to SE guidelines
  • Ensure that air safety regulations are implemented and applied
  • Propose targets, action plan & resources according to SE guidelines. Insure follow up
  • Natural correspondent with employee council, local & national health care, environment authorities and other stakeholders
  • Deploy SERE methodologies, best practices & improve SERE skills of employees
  • Manage the procurement, cost follow-up and productivity actions for PPE (Personal Protection Equipment)
  • Ensure KPI & communication accuracy to Operations Services (report in Globes and Resources Advisor tool, ...)
  • Define technical specification & follow up contract with suppliers

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • Degree in engineering, techniques of prevention in the environment in the workplace or similar
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Previous experience of at least 5 years in the same role or as RSPP/ASPP
  • Previous experience in HSE issues within production contexts
  • Initiative, proactivity, good relational and teamworking skills
