Your Mission:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Health & Safety Environmental Manager to lead the Health & Safety (H&S) function for the site, improving employee safety and enhancing the safety culture in line with Schneider Electric's corporate, regional, and country H&S strategies and programs. Deploy local programs to achieve site objectives with the support of local leaders.

• Implement H&S strategies, directives, and global programs with local leaders' support.
• Deploy and maintain H&S management systems following ISO 45001 standards.
• Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and stay updated with relevant regulations.
• Conduct and maintain Health and Safety Site Risk Assessments, defining action plans for high-risk areas.
• Integrate safety into new product, process, or equipment design through risk assessments.
• Develop and propose annual local training plans, ensuring up-to-date safety training.
• Provide induction training for new hires, temps, and contractors.
• Lead all Safety, Health, and Emergency response activities and teams.
• Collaborate with local authorities and organizations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Define and propose local H&S procedures compliant with national and Schneider requirements.
• Conduct incident investigations, including immediate containment actions and root cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement and foster a Safety Opportunity reporting culture.
• Respond accurately and on time to corporate and regional campaigns and surveys.
• Promote awareness of emerging safety issues and deploy best practices.
• Escalate roadblocks and incidents to the entity manager and SERE regional leadership.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Professional certification in Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and standards, including ISO 45001.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
