In this role, you will serve as a strategic leader for Schneider Electric Hong Kong (SEHK). This role provides strategic insights with roadmaps for the Go-To-Market Strategy for Hong Kong and Macau markets, and drives the sustainability agenda on enabling the clients' sustainability journey.
What will you do?
• Own and drive the development of business and sustainability strategies which are in line with group ambitions and business ambitions.
• Oversee and guide the strategic planning process, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of the strategic plan.

• Drive customer engagement at C-Level and provide thought leadership on industry trends, best practices, and innovative solutions.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, forums, and speaking engagements.
• Lead and drive the sustainability agenda internally and externally, particularly for the integration and harmonization between sustainability and commercialization.
• Lead, develop and coach team member for a high performing team.

• Sustainability elements well embedded into the product/ solution offers
• Schneider Electric well positioned as the sustainability leader and trusted advisor for customers in Hong Kong & Macau markets for decarbonization, digitization and electrification.
Qualifications
Wh o are we looking for?
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology/ Engineering, Sustainability or related disciplines.
• At least 7 years working experience in MNC, with minimal 4 years in business strategy development from end-to-end process.
• Hands-on experience in driving sustainability agenda, specifically in commercialization context.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Consulting background in business strategy in technology sector is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese Language (Mandarin or Cantonese).
• Candidates with less experience but demonstrated potential may be considered as Senior Manager/ Manager.
