As the Head of Feller, you will be responsible for the business development and growth of Feller and main interface to LoB ensuring that operational performance and goals align with overall business objectives and strategy. You will lead Feller as one unit especially towards the employees and are responsible for factory, R&D, industrialization, Digital, Offer Management, IT, CCC, Marketing and branding.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement a long-term corporate strategy to strengthen Feller's growth and competitiveness.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market prospects in line with corporate goals.
  • Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellence and foster an inspiring corporate culture.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners to promote corporate growth.
  • Implement change initiatives and recognize opportunities in a constantly changing market environment.
  • Cultural integration into the Schneider Electric Group.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership position in strategic management and change management.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to create a motivating environment.
  • Deep understanding of the industry and market conditions.
  • Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, especially in stakeholder management.
  • Willingness to innovate and the ability to drive new ideas forward.
