Head of Business Finance (f/m/d) DACH

Are you ready to lead and inspire a dynamic team of 15 Finance Business Partners across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland? Schneider Electric is seeking a visionary Head of Business Finance to drive our DACH organization forward. Reporting directly to the VP Finance DACH, you'll be based in our Dusseldorf headquarters (Dusseldorf EUREF Campus), where you'll play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy and supporting our business growth. Your IMPACT:

  • Lead strategic planning, target setting activities and forecast elaboration and drive business review as well as monthly performance analysis & recommendations
  • Contribute to global standards alignment and continuous improvement
  • Drive Digital transformation for own perimeter through Digital tools adoption & enhancement and support data management & quality improvement
  • Management of the whole Business Finance reporting & processes together with her/his team, leveraging Competency Center ensuring consistency in terms of performance for the DACH zone
  • Strongly supporting the end-to-end Business Finance's purpose to deliver scalable growth & value creation through business advisory & thoughtful analysis that drives strategic decision-making.
  • Lead business transformation in within business finance team and contribute to build a One Finance Mindset

Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Controlling or similar.
  • Extensive professional experience in finance and performance systems management leadership roles with strong business and process understanding.
  • Proven track record working in international/matrix organizations as well as leading finance business transformation.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Fluent English communication skills. German will be highly appreciated but it is not a muss.
