Description of the Department/Project:
The quality department works with 3 mainly areas: Continuos improvement-Processes-Customer claims.
What will you do?
• Escalate customer issues to the right organization whenever needed, and supports collaborative resolution for the customer.
• Lead the execution of the complaints received by the customer
• Lead execution of containment actions for known problems.
• Close collaboration with methods department to apply quality fundamentals in the operations
• Lead the robustness program updated. (PCP, PFMEA, RPNs)
• Empower process owners, ensuring processes are described, animated, and measured for efficiency and effectiveness
• Coordinate the implementation of agreed changes and monitor to ensure they are robust and sustainable
What will you learn?
• Logistic processes
• Continuous improvement methodologies
• Root causes analysis and action plan definition
• Teamwork.
• Analytics-reporting of main Key performance indicators.
If you are:
• Fresh graduate in Engineering.
• Be able to start a 1-year program in May 2025.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Curious, proactive beheivior.
