Description of the Department/Project:

The mission of the technical department of the iHUB is to provide our customers with the best technical solution covering their needs with the greatest quality, in time and cost, and always lower the HSE and cyber security premises, to support their digital transformation and contribution to a more Digital and Sustainable World.

Keep us trained and develop our career in a T-shaped way to be more effective in complex environments and to deliver ambitious and technologically advanced value propositions.

This position is very important to iHUB:
  • iHUB want to growth in LV Panels Production - Local (Iberian) and with our worldwide factories.
  • Schneider Electric needs to increase the digital and innovation aspects in the Low Voltage Panels Production, design, manufacturing and Quality processes.
  • Schneider Electric is undergoing a big transformation, with a big development to archive a more sustainability world every day, changing processes to be more Digital, more Efficient, Faster and with High Quality, to reduce the Carbon Footprint, creating a sustainable World, with IMPACT.
  • iHUB promotes the training and graduation programs for people, to learn our culture and make impact in Low Voltage Panels Production.


What will you do and learn?
  • Low Voltage Panels Production: Active participation in tasks involving the entire production process in our manufacturing department in Madrid (Engineering-Manufacturing-Quality) regarding the production of high-power Low Voltage electrical panels: validate and optimize engineering specifications before manufacturing, material purchasing, supplier management, manage FAT and SAT tests.
  • Electromechanical Engineer: Active participation in tasks involving the development of electrical panels, study, design, drawing, and 3D modeling of automation, control, and power panels, with design software's (Autocad, ePlan, SEE Electric, etc.), purchase of materials, supplier management, management of FAT and SAT tests.
  • Technical Engineer. Active project team member supporting Technical Leaders, Technical Leader Expert (LV community) or Project Managers on assigned tasks in iHUB Projects (LV, MV, Industry, Digital Energy, Secure Power): perform basic and detailed technical tasks (basic and detailed
  • engineering, FAT and commissioning), identify and manage technical risks and scope changes, provide necessary reporting to team stakeholders.
  • Continuously learning to be a future digital leader
  • Build the pillar for become a future Quality/Production Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer and Technical Leader.


At the end of the program the participant will have a complete view of project operations from order to delivery, getting to know products, technologies, tools, and processes involved.

If you are:
  • Fresh graduate in Electrical Engineering
  • Experienced with digital tools (ie Advanced Excel with VBA, Electrical Simulation like ETAP, ePlan/CAD Programs, Power BI, Other Microsoft Tools...)
  • Be able to start a 1-year program in May 2025.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
  • Open minded, curious, and flexible
  • Be able to learn every day to growth fast
  • Good communication skills and leadership
  • Able to do the change / Proactive behavior / take decisions
