Schneider Electric is looking for a Transport and Logistics Manager to join our IA GDO Solutions Procurement team. This role is key to leading logistics and global trade within project procurement and intra-group purchases. You'll work closely with factories, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to optimize transport, trade compliance, and logistics strategy.

What You'll Be Doing

• Logistics & Trade Compliance: Lead global logistics strategy for project procurement, ensuring cost optimization, trade compliance, and sustainability.
• Supplier & Stakeholder Engagement: Work with logistics SMEs, factories, suppliers, and customers to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Process & Cost Optimization: Analyse transport KPIs, improve cost structures, and enhance on-time delivery performance.
• Network Design & Execution: Develop transport plans, optimize logistics flows, and reduce CO2 footprint through strategic sourcing.
• Collaboration & Influence: Lead without direct reports, working cross-functionally with teams to drive results.
• Strategic Oversight: Conduct QBRs with suppliers, oversee trade compliance, and ensure seamless material flow.

What You Need to Succeed

• Strong knowledge of project procurement and logistics (including software, regulations, and compliance).
• Experience in project logistics, trade compliance, or supply chain management in a complex, multi-regional environment.
• Ability to lead by influence, working with logistics and procurement teams globally.
• Understanding of export/import compliance, supplier engagement, and customer deliveries.
• Strong analytical skills to optimize cost structures and drive efficiency.
• Open to 20-30% global travel.
