We are looking for Global Social Media Program Manager within the CME function.
By leveraging your proven expertise in social media management and brand & marketing, you will craft and execute strategic projects, oversee cross functional processes, and analyze performance metrics. Your role will also involve nurturing relationships with the internal social media community.
The candidate will be required to manage multifaceted projects and key programs like Social Media Listening, Brand Health 3.0 and Sprinklr-Aprimo and social media ops among others. He/she will be required to work very closely with other team members, key country social media managers and the larger CME team. The candidate should be motivated, resourceful, and should be able to work effectively within matrixed teams. The candidate will also stay up to date with both general industry social media trends and social media teams within BU's, countries. The candidate will be working with a global team and should be aware of cross-cultural sensitivities.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee and manage global social media projects from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and keeping agility as the priority
- Technical Expertise: Utilize Sprinklr's listening capabilities to monitor brand sentiment and engagement, integrating insights into strategic recommendations
- New Platform Initiatives: Identify and lead new platform projects that may be significant for future growth, staying ahead of industry trends. (Quora / Reddit etc.)
- Market Insight Analysis: Analyze market trends and social media performance metrics to derive actionable insights and inform strategic decisions
- Brand Health 3.0: Lead the BH3.0 project from a social media standpoint and drive adoption of net sentiment score as a metric for Brand health
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals and objectives
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including countries, Business units
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing strategy or marketing communication
- Excellent written and oral communication, with an aptitude to learn
- Up-to-date understanding of major social media platforms (Meta, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
- Experience with social media tools (e.g., Meltwater, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, etc.); knowledge of Sprinklr is a plus
- Understanding of measurement and analytics of social media content
- MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Ability to work as part of an agile team; independent and showing flexibility during peak times
- Project management skills
- Strong data-analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Critical thinking: Proficiency in analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.
- Networking, teamwork, and stakeholder management: Skilled in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Data Analytics and visualization: Experience with tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics will be a plus
