What will be your mission? As a Global Project Coordinator Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our E2E Content & Data Governance Leader.

Your key responsibilities will be:
  1. Project management of the Offer Data Advance (ODA) Program:
    • The ODA program has for main objective to identify the product with missing content (data and images) in way to be used by Ecommerce. The Content Factory are creating asset like product description, technical illustration, environment data.
  2. Manage, regularly improve, and innovate overall process with all stakeholders.
  3. Collecting, updating, and analyzing on monthly reporting of the ODA program progress
  4. Defined the Roadmap, Identify and resolve roadblocks.
  5. Define scope of products/references for 2025, via prioritization on high runner, Strategic offer, Specific request
  6. Collaboration on the return on investment (ROI) program
    • Analysis (via Google analytics, Content Square...) the customers' favorite type of assets


Your success will look like:
  • Ensure the totality of the deliverable before end of the year.
  • Identification of the main assets for the customers
  • Defined the 2025 scope of products.


Who We're Looking For? Our ideal candidate has:

A proactive mindset: You have a go-getter attitude, a passion data and ability to coordinate tasks.

Excellent Communication: Your interpersonal skills are top-notch, and you know how to build rapport with others, making you an outstanding relationship builder.

Languages: English fluency is a must. Knowledge of French is a plus.

Education: you currently study a Bachelor or master's degree in marketing , Business Engineering or Equivalent.
