The Public Relations and Analyst Relations Manager will be an integral player within the Global Industrial Automation Communications Team. In this role, you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships and influence our share of voice, brand position, and reputation in the market. You will be responsible for crafting and distributing messages and content that aligns with the industrial automation business's objectives and key messaging, while also monitoring and responding to feedback from the media and industry analysts.

This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact and help shape the public perception of our business. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successfully managing public relations and industry analyst programs, as well as exceptional media relations and writing skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic public relations and analyst relations programs that align with our company goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and stakeholders, such as journalists, industry analysts, and subject matter experts
  • Produce engaging content for media outlets, including press releases, media alerts, feature stories, customer stories, byline articles, media kits to engage target audiences
  • Drive media outreach efforts to secure interview opportunities and placements in top-tier 1 publications in priority regions
  • Manage interviews and speaking engagements for company spokespeople
  • Organize and execute press events, such as press conferences and media briefings
  • Stay informed about industry trends and provide strategic counsel, highlighting opportunities as they arrive
  • Monitor and measure earned media coverage results and provide insightful reports against set KPIs and company measurement criteria
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and communications
  • Manage the development of deep content including research, whitepapers, eBooks and its amplification with media and analysts
  • Provide coaching and counsel on PR and AR practices to internal executives, lines of business and other teams on media and public relations matters
  • Manage relationships and contract with external PR agencies

Skills & Experience:
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong existing media (tier one and trade) and analyst relationships across industry, business, and technology markets globally
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and executing successful B2B public relations programs that drive results
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Second language is favorable
  • Familiarity with PR tools and platforms is advantageous
