Overview:
Schneider Electric is seeking a Global Partner Support Program Leader to lead the Qualification, deployment, support, and commissioning of partner relationships here for Power Products North America Business. This position calls for a proactive, customer-centric professional with a strong ability to collaborate across regions and teams. The role is key in maintaining high-quality product standards, supporting technical, Quality and industrial excellence, and ensuring smooth alignment across the global Partner Support (PSP) network.
Mission Statement of Global Partner Support Program Leader -
• Act as the technical and industrial expert to support licensees from the initial license agreement signature.
• Ensure product quality and manufacturing standards are met by licensees, providing the necessary support to deliver best-in-class panels. • Enable licensees through tailored training, technical guidance, and adaptation rules to meet regional requirements while maintaining global quality benchmarks.
• Continuously collect and share technical improvement requests and licensee feedback with the offer management team to drive innovation and excellence
Key Responsibilities Program Leadership and Global Coordination:
• Serve as the primary global point of contact for partner support, ensuring seamless coordination with Line of Business (LOB) teams and regional PSP leaders (PSP3).
• Lead the deployment of offers to partners, including training, local adaptation support, and expert assistance for industrial and product-related queries, leveraging the PSP and Hub network.
• Support regional PSP leaders in zone to ensure smooth program animation and alignment with global goals.
• Govern and oversee the global PSP network to ensure consistency in processes, training, and partner support activities.
Training, Quality, and Support:
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for partners on offer specifications, manufacturing processes, and Schneider Digital tools.
• Define and provide adaptation rules, ensuring partners understand and apply them to maintain high product quality standards at the country and regional levels.
• Act as an Consultant to partners in setting up industrial facilities, infrastructure, and processes to deliver best-in-class panels and products.
• Ensure all changes in the Technical Transfer File (TTF) align with offer requirements and are effectively communicated to partners.
• Approve any changes to TTF by considering the right verification and validation methodology
• Oversee quality assurance for manufacturing done by licensees, ensuring adherence to Schneider Electric's standards. Continuous Improvement and Feedback Integration:
• Collect and analyze technical improvement requests and partner feedback, sharing insights with the offer management team for continuous product and process enhancements.
• Facilitate the escalation process for technical and manufacturing challenges, driving corrective and preventive actions in alignment with the Schneider Performance System (SPS).
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency in partner processes and global support frameworks.
Qualifications:
This job might be for you if:
• Masters/Bachelor's degree in Electrical or similar field with minimum 10 years of experience
• Deep understanding of electrical products, manufacturing processes, and partner support mechanisms.
• Proven experience in project management, partner support, or industrial quality assurance roles.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and familiarity with Schneider tools
(bFO, QR/DM label creation, Zebra label printer).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholders and regions.
• Growth mindset, adaptability to change, and a proactive approach to learning new skills and procesof manufacturing process, standards and their application.
• Travel: Up to 80 - 90%
Preferred Experience:
• Hands-on experience supporting global partners in manufacturing and product adaptation.
• Familiarity with technical transfer files (TTFs) and ensuring alignment with offer requirements.
• Expertise in managing and supporting PSP networks at regional and global levels.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement practices and quality assurance frameworks.
