Are you ready to be the architect of our global media and influence strategy? We're seeking a visionary professional who can bring fresh ideas and a hands-on approach to storytelling.

As our Digital Energy Global Media and Customer Voice Manager, you'll collaborate with internal and external teams to identify trends, develop impactful customer stories, craft compelling narratives around our business strategy, and leverage media to drive impact.

You will work on a small high-performing team of communication experts reporting to the Head of Strategic Communications for the Digital Energy Division. Together we are the voice of Digital Energy, shaping impactful narratives to educate and inspire customers, industry influencers, and employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop impactful campaigns: Create strategic media/PR/influence campaigns aligned with our business objectives that present a compelling narrative, supported by real customer case studies, to strengthen our brand and executive presence.
  • Own Press Releases: Lead the end-to-end press release process and take the results to the next level, going beyond "business as usual" to ensure each press release has a clear goal and measurable impact.
  • Create Tier one media articles: Partner with experts and leverage AI to produce timely and strategic articles, supported by real customer examples, that position us as industry leaders and start conversations.
  • Source and develop compelling customer stories: Build relationships and collaborate with teams from the line of business, commercial, and top countries to identify and develop customer case studies. These stories should address any gaps in our library and align with our strategic priorities to ensure each one has a powerful impact on the market.
  • Manage media relations: Oversee media requests, press conferences, and events, and manage our external PR agencies to deliver high-quality content on budget and on time. Collaborate with local country teams to deploy relevant content for maximum influence and impact.
  • Support Executives: Prepare executives for media interviews and speaking engagements, providing clear briefing documents and research-backed content, customer case studies, and latest angles/statistics.
  • Measure and optimize: Set clear targets, track performance, and refine our strategy for maximum impact.


Skills and Experience:
  • 7+ years of diverse communications experience - successful candidate should be able to demonstrate successful outcomes from communications activities where they have conceptualized, developed and executed an influence plan.
  • Has experience leading cross-functional projects.
  • Ideally has worked in international matrix organizations.
  • Relationship builder, able to influence and earn buy-in from people outside their hierarchy
  • Excellent ability to write, articulate, and present messages to peers and senior leaders
  • Strong project management skills, capable of organizing work methodically and thriving in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for storytelling, continuous learning, and a commitment to delivering quality and excellence.
