Main role is to drive demand generation combining the most effective channels e.g. advertising, direct marketing, events, PR, social media with focus on digital marketing by designing strategy and plan to execute toward measurable goals for business growth.

The position needs to work collaboratively with different stakeholders including offer marketing, channel marketing, business, commercial operations, global teams including LoB as well as deriving collaboration among entire marketing functional team to drive digital transformation in marketing activities.

1. Planning, executing and tracking marketing activities including event, digital ads, eDM / SMA programs, social media, based on the business strategic priorities.

2. Working with team to further deploy marketing automation tool to the next level by collaborating with both global and local team and create commercial impact by effectively generating quality leads.

3. Driving digital transformation and increase digital engagement through activities including the web, Ad, online media, social media, and marketing automation to the next level.

4. Maximize exposure of the Schneider Electric brand (and its associated brands) by owned media, social media and paid media in collaboration with PR

このポジションはオファーマーケティングチャネルマーケティングビジネス営業 LoB を含むグローバル チームなどさまざまな関係者と協力して進めるだけでなくマーケティング活動におけるデジタルトランスフォーメーションの推進も担っていただきます

Qualifications

Who would be successful?

• 5+ year experience on B2B marketing experience
• Good understanding of marketing and each KPIs
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence others.

• Work cross-functionally and manage day to day activities.

• Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel
• Business-level English mandatory

• Personal qualities such as: self-driven, goal-oriented, multi-tasking, autonomous, and influential

Preferred

• Experience in digital marketing is plus
