- Global Interface Leader is in charge of the Internal and external interactions between EI CT package and other contractors. He is also in charge of the management of the internal interface process inside the EI CT package.
Responsibilities:
- The Global Interface Leader is responsible for managing the necessary interactions across multiple Packages providing relevant expertise within the project and coordination across the Package Interface leaders for the Technical Project Director.
- It will also be necessary for the Global interface leader to deal with external entities and contractors for the project .
- Manage both internal and external sources of information and interfaces according to the project scope and schedule

- Represent the project where appropriate to customers as appropriate to the needs of the work for all interface requirements
- Identify and define Interfaces at earliest stage of the project
- Develop a interdependency schedule for the interfaces
- Develop an interface list f or engineering which are required for resolution of interfaces
- Initiate regular scheduled technical interface coordination meetings with appropriate participants . Develop an action list within meeting notes with assigned ownership and due dates supporting project schedule
- Define clear roles and responsibilities for each Package interface leader to limit conflict
- Establish phone conference calls, regularly scheduled and/or as required, to keep status/progress of developed actions to ensure that all parties involved in the work are properly coordinated, and those interfaces are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner
- Document according to interface management plan the request and exchange of design documents among C ustomer that support interface resolution
- Maintain the required interface documentation as per interface management plan
- In ternational experience
- Minimum Bachelor degree in engineering is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with extensive command of English
- Experienced in multi-lingual environments
- Cross discipline engineering experience is required
- Extensive years of experience in oil and gas production business is preferred
- Experienced working with multinational contractors
- Ability to relocate or serve in international locations for extended periods of time
