As a Technical Leader within the Global Data Centre Program, you will oversee complex, high-stakes projects involving Electrical Power Management Systems (EPMS) across EMEA and APAC regions. Your mission will include:

• Aligning and standardising EPMS designs across regions to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-sales to execution and post-service phases.
• Leading training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives for global engineering teams.
• Driving collaboration with global teams to maintain high-quality project delivery and technical solutions.
• Serving as the key technical interface for central teams on project challenges, improvements, and escalations.

About You:

• Education: Master's degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience (10+ years).
• At least 10 years in project execution roles within the energy sector.
• Hands-on experience with SCADA, HMI, PLC, and energy management systems.
• Expertise in energy automation and familiarity with EPO/PSO technologies.
• Exposure to diverse segments like Data Centres, Oil & Gas, Smart Buildings, Utilities, or Transportation.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a multicultural, cross-country matrix organization.
• Advanced technical acumen in energy management solutions and project lifecycle execution.
