through an unparalleled omni channel network to our customers who love our brand. We are looking for a passionate and creative intern that is eager to learn and contribute to drive Customer Experience across our division, focused on our Distributors and Electricians.

What will you learn?

  • To drive customer experience across organization through data, insights and communication at all levels helping to enhance the customer first and customer centric mentality across the organization
  • Support the Customer Satisfaction & Quality team in terms of:
    • Customer Experience research, data gathering and analytics: help to identify opportunities that drive enhancements to the overall customer experience;
    • Conduct Customer research/Customer Panel projects with internal or external data;
    • Share customer insight reports with stakeholders and make recommendations on customer journey improvements;
    • Lead or support implementation of CX initiative across the division
    • Help to stablish best practice and community of practice, by helping to set up and maintain internal knowledge bases to create efficiencies in existing processes and help countries;
    • Set up and follow up the performance dashboard to provide insights of touchpoints' performance to the internal teams and help to communicate across the organization.
    • Help to drive change management to new ways of looking and using customer feedback (eg: net sentiment...)


Are you who we are looking for?

  • Bachelor Degree/Master Degree studies in Business Administration/ Engineering/ Data Science / Marketing/ etc..
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory); other languages would be a plus;
  • Proactive, self-starter and a resourceful problem solver with eager to learn mentality;
  • High level of responsibility with strong ownership and follow-through skills
  • Analytic and critical thinking with capacity to propose disruptive ideas;
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced environment to adjust quickly to change of priorities;
  • Organized and able to create well-structured, digestible presentations;
  • Inclusive and able to work in diverse international teams;
  • Interest in Digital (Marketing / Business Models/ etc..)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), other tools a plus;
  • Passionate about providing great customer experiences and ideas on how to do it!
