Job Description: As a Global Communications Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to our DCR Digital team, which is part of the E2E Digital Customer Relationship of the Schneider Digital global entity. Our mission is to digitize the experience for our customers and frontline employees, enabling growth and customer loyalty. This internship offers an opportunity to assist in developing and executing communication strategies focused on enhancing digital experiences for customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate in all aspects of the Communication Strategy execution to ensure business value realization of our targeted population.
  • Design and deliver end-to-end communication strategies and plans for targeted audiences, gaining practical experience in crafting effective messaging and selecting appropriate communication channels.
  • Craft compelling storytelling and produce communication assets to support it in a consistent, brand-compliant way, including videos, infographics, visual aids, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Manage internal workplace tools such as Microsoft Viva Engage, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and content creation software like Camtasia, PlayPlay, and Canva.
  • Cultivate the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural team, gaining valuable insights into cross-cultural communication and collaboration.

What You Will Learn:
  • Practical experience in crafting effective messaging and selecting appropriate communication channels.
  • Enhancing internal communication skills, fostering engagement and collaboration within the organization.
  • Working effectively in a global, multicultural team, gaining valuable insights into cross-cultural communication and collaboration.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with content creation tools such as Camtasia, PlayPlay, and Canva is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
