Purpose of the role
Drive transformation for the RTR Accounting Teams, aiming to improve standards, quality and efficiency.
Essential tasks
- Strong stakeholder management with territory leaders, collaboration with the CoEs
- Analyze data, trend of improvement
- Capture the issues/ roadblocks for improvement from the Accounting Operational Teams and working out solution with the other departments
- Reporting out of monthly KPIs

Ideal candidate
- Equipped sound accounting experience, at least 3 years' experience, expert at B/S account reconciliation and open item management
- Able to communicate clearly and flag issues, concerns, able to underline his/ her message with context of data
- Able to work independently and deliver assignments timely, tight follow up/ raising concerns before its too late
- Has analytical profile, able to share relevant findings
- Proactive, engaged, interested
- Expert of excel and power points
