Purpose of the role

Drive transformation for the RTR Accounting Teams, aiming to improve standards, quality and efficiency.

Essential tasks

  • Strong stakeholder management with territory leaders, collaboration with the CoEs
  • Analyze data, trend of improvement
  • Capture the issues/ roadblocks for improvement from the Accounting Operational Teams and working out solution with the other departments
  • Reporting out of monthly KPIs

Ideal candidate
  • Equipped sound accounting experience, at least 3 years' experience, expert at B/S account reconciliation and open item management
  • Able to communicate clearly and flag issues, concerns, able to underline his/ her message with context of data
  • Able to work independently and deliver assignments timely, tight follow up/ raising concerns before its too late
  • Has analytical profile, able to share relevant findings
  • Proactive, engaged, interested
  • Expert of excel and power points
