Identify and develop strategies (together with the other Business unit heads as Division Head and Marketing functions) to penetrate target accounts/markets and drive customer diversification to improve Schneider Electric's presence in the country and across all sales channels, including distribution and system integrator sales
In this role, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.
You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, revenue, and market share.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Holding a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering/ Business administration would add more value to this role..
Minimum 14+ years experience in Electrical Distribution engineering related works.
Experience in engineering and sales in Power Distribution equipments, SCADA, Electrical Protection expertise, Electrical Software tools and design of electrical networks including low and medium voltage systems would be an added advantage.
