This position is to lead the Panel builder pipe for Delhi Branch.

Preparation of Sales Plan, developing Panel builder network for PTTA and TTA partners, building & managing relationship with Channel Partners, ensuring Collections, managing sales team of Panel builders of Delhi NCR.
To ensure achievement of Sales Targets for BU in the Branch for Industry End Users.
Prepare Sales Plan for Allocated Targets for the assigned territory/customers
• Defining Customers in the market and predicting their requirements
• Preparing month wise target plan
• Identifying initiatives to grow business in IA EU segment.
• Identifying new opportunities to be captured for pushing Sales
2. Achieving Sales Targets:
• Regularly monitor customer wise performance against Targets

• Review customer performance and report periodically
• Address Issues faced by customer and saturate, develop and qualify customers as per the need of the Delhi Branch.
3. Customer Management:
• Define visit frequency for each customer based on sales plan for team, coaching visits with team.
• Ensure preparation of customer visits plans monitor adherence to the same.
• Implement through team on regularly fill the sales reports and opportunities to drive sales and have adequate visits/opportunities for customers in bFO.
• Be a part of regular meetings with other stake holders like EU and prescription.
• Implement action plan on identified new opportunities to grow sales network
4. Promotional Activities:
• Plan and organize demo, presentations to influence customers to have a preference for our products.
• Guide the team to sell Digital Switchboards and connected products.
• Ensure proactive measures for establishment of Panel builder network specially Prisma and blokSEt.
6 Experience & Qualification:
10 to 12 years in the similar field, Graduate in Electrical or Instrumentation/Electronics.
