ü Prior Industrial Automation customer project experience in any of the following domains - Project Engineering, Project Management, Digitalization, Quality
ü Should have strong customer management experience.
ü Working knowledge of ICSS, Energy and Digital Engineering sytems and solutions
ü Work experience with regional delivery teams for 3-5 years
ü Must have handled large diverse engineering teams
ü Prior experience working in Multi-national, multicultural organisation(s)
People Management
ü Experience in coaching/ mentoring/ building & managing diverse, agile and high performing teams.
