Role being part of the Global Cockpit Team of GCP&SO (Global Customer Projects and Services Operations)
Deployment of CPQ for Services business in targeted countries, covering process, tool and related change management, paving journey for later adoption and value realization; as part of global deployment task force, together with Global DCR/CPQ team

Execute CPQ Deployment Activities across Services Operations
• Based on agreed deployment and refresh (redeployment) roadmaps, and validated deployment plans
• Lead and monitor actual deployment activities, with consistent approach covering quotation process and tool; with
• From initial engagement and validation of deployment plans until successful hand-overs to operations, with special focus on change management and training
• With end-to-end view from opportunity management in bFO to order booking and management in ERP/bFS
• As part of global dedicated deployment task-force, partnering with Global DCR/CPQ team and key stakeholders from Services Commercial, LoB and operations
• In case of roadblocks, act as solution finder to meet business needs, ensuring feedback and improvement loops as well
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement on Related Tools / Processes Initiatives
Upon request, lead or contribute to targeted internal projects and transformations"
Qualifications
About You
Education: Bachelor's degree of Engineering
Experience:
• In project and service environments, particularly on services business processes and digital ecosystem
• Process improvement, value chain analysis
Skills requirement:
• In-depth knowledge of customer project & service business in term of value chain, trends (market, technology, organization) and key success factors.
• Strong team builder/team developer of multi-cultural teams in complex environment and to put in place collaborative climate to leverage diversity.
• Ability to communicate effectively difficult and/or complex ideas by listening and proper information toward both external and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to multi-culture and manage teams in a Matrix environment.
• Strong change management abilities to define its structure, support and direction then execute organizational transformations anticipating its impacts.
• Lead with Agility being a role model facing stressful issues while performing in handling wide range of situations in parallel.
Ability to drive a high-performance culture including a strong focus on mindset change towards our Core transformations
