Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Will be a part of Solution Order Fulfilment team of Schneider IT India Division.
Solution Order Execution:
- Execution of high quality Solution Orders in Oracle.
- Monitoring order inflow and clear within specified order booking TAT.
- Liaison with Sales, Solution, Bidding, Project, Finance and other Cross Functional Teams for necessary approvals and dependency clearance.
- Association with customers for conversion of orders, issuing proforma invoices and order acknowledgement.
- Respond to customer queries and complaints with in specified TAT.
- Maintaining Order booking TAT.
- Ensure Zero order booking error.
- Ensure order accuracy and efficiency.
- Handling customer orders having special schemes like EPCG and SEZ etc.
- Business process reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Manage business metrics.
- Ensure 100% Compliance on audit.
- Ensures internal and external customer satisfaction through the effective execution of customer orders.
- Personally, attend customer complaints/concerns requiring closer scrutiny and critical resolution.
- Facilitate internal and external auditors in audit process.

- Ensure order processing and subsequent activities are done in accordance with the Schneider Order booking process.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to have smooth execution of projects and meet customer expectation.
- Build high performance Order fulfilment team which delivers value to the business.
- Motivate the cross functional teams and help them to exceed annual commitments.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or a College degree with Min 3+ years of equivalent work experience in a related field is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in Solution/Project Order management is desirable.
Skills Required:
- Supply chain systems/tools expertise in Oracle.
- Expertise in GST/customs duty regime.
- Written and Oral communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Fast learner and adapt well to change.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Work effectively with diverse groups of people.
