As Flow Controller you will be acting on flows between distribution centers for Europe, the material replenishment of finished goods by managing the replenishment backlog from creation to reception in DC2.

  • Ensuring correct dates on the orders
  • Ensuring the 7 rights of logistics (getting the Right product, in the Right quantity, in the Right condition, at the Right place, at the Right time, to the Right customer, at the Right price)
  • Be an active part of the Short Interval Management process and ensure that production and supply priorities are followed to secure the proper service level to customer.
  • Collaborate with DC organization ( Order Management / Warehouse operations ) & planning community.


What will you do in more details?
  • Manage the continuous needs/resources balance for raw material, components, sub-assemblies and finished products in DC2 and DC1 on the given scope > MRP messages, pre-shortage & order modification, secure date management
  • Manage the replenishment backlog (creation and rescheduling of the purchase orders)
  • Manage Logistic Non- conformities : Reordering, iDC credit note/debit note/return order creation
  • Manage special flows related to DC2 activity : sub-contracting / OG supplier flow / Do-it-Yourself promotion flow/adaptation

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelors university degree
  • Maximum 2 years experience in similar positions and following domains: Industrial Management, Manufacturing Supply Chain, Stock management, Replenishment, Order management in Logistic Territory
  • Supply Chain knowledge: understanding of flows, supply & demand and its relation, Replenishment, Material Management, Manufacturing planning
  • Fluency in English is a must, Italian knowledge is a plus
