As a Financial Asset Coordinator in our Monterrey Hub , you will be responsible for ensuring the complete processing of tickets/requests related to Nonstandard IT hardware and accessories. This role will include tasks such as working with Service Now reports, the procure to pay process, operational analytics in Excel and other Microsoft applications, and providing continuous support to end users in the North America region (US and Canada).

Responsibilities
  • Support and execute key aspects of the procure to pay process.
  • Work on the complete ticket lifecycle management daily, from vendor quote to goods receipt.
  • Provide constant support to end users via myriad means of communication and timely action.
  • Work with team members to create useful reports that provide insight or otherwise add value to the team.
  • Analyze and update reports to ensure a proactive approach and action to pending tickets.
  • Audit operations related to asset governance, particularly requests for nonstandard IT hardware items.
  • Support charge-back aspects of the procure to pay process.
  • Resolve support tickets related to Tableau or other Microsoft applications reports.
