We are seeking a technically skilled Financial Application Developer to join our team, which merges finance expertise with IT and process optimization capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for the deployment and optimization of CCH Tagetik as part of the digital finance transformation project. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting, streamline processes, and implement effective practices.

Your IMPACT:
- Research, design, build, test and maintain applications on a business performance management platform.
- Support the project team in all phases, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.
- Model application and platform data and architecture to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
- Integrate data into the platform from ERP and non-ERP source systems.
- Code business rules and system configurations to support the business processes.
- Build a robust change management process that enables frequent releases of high-quality increments.
- Actively contribute to team ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review and retrospectives.
- Demonstrate strong ownership in understanding business needs and actively driving business initiatives accordingly.
Your Profile:
- Experience in implementing EMP/ERP systems such as OneStream, Hyperion, CCH Tagetik, Oracle, Anaplan or TM1.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, engineering, science, liberal arts, computer science, or other technology-related majors (or equivalent experience).
- Understanding of the financial close cycle and related business practices.
- Ability to grasp complex business concepts quickly to provide efficient input at appropriate stages in the development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Experience in optimizing performance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to apply structured problem-solving methodologies to complex financial challenges.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
- Business English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Knowledge and experience with the Analytical Information Hub (AIH) in CCH Tagetik.
- Relevant certifications in the EPM field are highly beneficial.
