DFL Program is a key strategic program within Finance Digital Transformation Organization to shape the Finance Function of the future within Schneider Electric. The project aims to connect all source ERPs Finance Data to Group wide Finance applications and achieve following objectives:

  • Full traceability and auditability of reported figures
  • fully digital data and zero touch with no manual intervention (digital locks)


DFL is a global program involving a large organization of 130+ team members (internal employees and subcontractors) spread out in multiple locations. A significant number of administrative tasks need to be managed and for that a Program Operations Support is required

What will you learn?

Support DFL Program Leader and PMO lead in a list of administrative tasks outlined in subsequent sections. Additionally, the candidate will also support other key strategic initiatives within Digital Finance Transformation Organization with several admin activities.

  • Support Purchase Order creation process and subsequent Goods Receipt posting in the system based on approved timesheets collected on a monthly basis
  • Attend queries from Procurement and suppliers in relation to Invoice related disputes
  • Support scheduling of meetings for DFL Program Central team coordinating when required with Assistants in other organizations.
  • Support preparation of communication packages in the organization and coordinate distribution of relevant documentation and information among program team members.
  • Support onboarding of newcomers to the program and keep Head Count file updated ensuring laptop and access to SE network and application is managed properly
  • Support Renewal process of subcontractors
  • Support in forecast file maintenance activities (e.g. update actuals in forecast, update file, etc)
  • Other ad-hoc administrative activities

Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • University degree in a quantitative concentration: Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
