What will you do?

The Finance Development Program provides leadership experience to top recent graduates interested in a career in Finance. In this program, you will have the opportunity to move through several rotations over the first two years of your career with Schneider Electric. Rotations in this program may include Global Supply Chain Finance, Solutions & Commercial Finance, Accounting, and Financial Planning & Analysis (CoE).

The goal of the program is to attract top financial-minded talent to develop future Finance leaders through an accelerated learning environment with an emphasis on leadership development and high performance. These rotations will allow you to gain a broad range of experience in career paths in Finance before finding your permanent role following the program.

This job might be for you if you:
  • Are a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Have internship experience or work experience in the Finance field
  • Have good communication and presentation skills and enjoy working in a team to come up with innovative solutions to challenges
  • Fluency in French is considered an asset
  • Have a drive to learn about the Electrical Industry
  • Enjoy building relationships with customers/team members and are seeking to develop leadership skills
  • Are available to start in June 2025
