What will you do?

Data Quality

  • Support the Global Data Quality improvement activities led by the Data Office
  • Data correction and cleansing in DFL and local ERPs
  • Data activities to support Horizon and Unify global projects led by the Data Office
  • Enforce governance process setup by the Finance Data Office to stakeholders led by the Data Office

Operational Tasks:
  • Support data extraction when required to support deep dive review and reportin g requirement s
  • Preparation and coordinatination of the updates of responses and follow ups on data cleansing files from stakeholders on various finance transformation activities
  • Automation coordination with the Data Office on process implementation to stakeholders
  • Documentation on tasks for each all activities performed
  • Preparation of PowerPoint Slides together with the Data Office for presentations to the management on the Data Office cleansing and transformation activities updates

Secondary Tasks :
  • Knowledge/competency transfer to other stakeholders
  • Contribution to projects or other activities (analytics, data quality improvement, local tools , etc.)
  • User support and training where necessary to other stakeholders
  • Other data quality support required led by the Data Office

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree, preferabl y in Finance
  • 1 to 2 years of related experience in Finance Data Steward/Finance/Audit/Finance Reporting & Analytics
  • Strong acumen in Internal Controls and Processes
  • Experience in Finance Data Transformation and Automation projects would be an added advantage
  • Understanding of basic finance master data attributes is essential
  • Knows existing data management framework ( e.g. DCAM or new models of data organization) (optional)
  • Good communication skills (international context)
  • Basic understanding of finance is a must .
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
  • Good to have:
    • SAP systems or Oracle
    • Tableau or Power BI
    • Power Apps Experience
    • Python and Informatica experience
