Finance Change Management and Training Coordinator (Temporal)

What will you do:

• The Change Management and Training Coordinator will lead and supervise the execution of the Communication & Training strategy for the Global e-invoicing program.

• The role is accountable for working with our global workstream leaders and country transformation leaders to ensure all training and communication needs are met for the e-invoicing program deployment.

• Coordinate the development of the communication & training strategy to align with the e-invoicing Program and business objectives to deploy the transformation roadmap with the right communication & training plan.

• Leverage digital solutions to deliver training and strengthen the change management plan, ensuring full synchronization with Learning Services and Learning Academy specificities, while enabling content with the use of SE Learning Management System.

• Ensure all trainings offered are inclusive of participant knowledge testing and training evaluation to measure the effectiveness and determine what continuous improvement may be needed within training content.

• Assess the impact of the human element of the change and translate into effective training plans in close collaboration with the Global Change Management Leader.

• Work closely with Global Change Management Leader as needed to ensure the training deliverables are in line with our corporate standards.

Qualifications

What will help you to be successful in this role:

• Strong English communication skills, written and oral. Other languages are a plus.

• Track record of successful Change Management Leadership.

• Previous training role and change management background.

• Finance background and/or Coupa tool knowledge is ideal.

• Self-driven / motivated individual, positive, proactive and takes the initiative to get things done.

• Experience working in a global project/matrix organization

• Proven ability to develop training curricula and conduct in depth training needs assessments with key stakeholders.

• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation development skills.

• Proven knowledge of Learning Management Systems and e-learning content creation tools.

• Ability to influence, without authority and customer centric mindset.

• Ability to create videos using Adobe tools is preferred, not required.

• Ability to anticipate human impact of change and translate into effective communication.

• Ability to plan and prioritize a varied and high-volume workload.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business or related field (i.e., Marketing, Communications, Project Management / Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other related field of study).
