Your IMPACT:
  • Support the Rebate Transformation Program (RTP) for Finance Process design and digitalization followed by tool deployment in the territories.
  • Work closely with Finance (accounting, business finance and country operations) and the Global Business Capability Owners for different internal organizations such as Pricing, Marketing or Legal, Taxes, Digital, Internal Control help drive Rebate process standardization and automation (digitalization) to deliver seamless and touchless digital accounting with embedded and automated internal controls.
  • Act as Rebate Finance Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and ensure that new business rules & processes are properly documented and well communicated to the parties impacted ensuring the right level of their understanding by all stakeholders. Is responsible for training sessions covering the scope of change.
  • Be a part of the team responsible for shaping the Order to Cash and Record to Report process in Schneider Electric (i.e. balance sheet impact coming from rebate posting methodology)
  • Adoption, Monitoring & Controlling: drive adoption and KPI performance in collaboration with the Territories and Shared Service Centers by proactively challenging results, identifying root causes and developing action plans. In addition, during adoption you will create and implement standardized execution packages with a framework for Territories and Share Service Centers to drive the transformation.
  • Actively collaborates with other Global Projects (RTR Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Unify, Horizon, etc) and Shared Services organization to align on priorities
  • Executes any other actions/tasks assigned to him by his manager (accordingly to his experience and business requirements)

Your Profile:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Accounting or Business Finance
  • Master's Degree in Accounting
  • Experience driving a transformations and process improvement.
  • Familiar with RTR and/or OTC process flow
  • Strong analytical abilities, including advanced Excel and SAP
  • Fluent English skills
  • Knowledge of Oracle, Rebate module in SAP and IFRS 15 will be an asset
  • Self-organization skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
