As part of the Strategy & Sustainability team, you will contribute to development and execution of our 2027 and beyond strategy and sustainability ambitions by acting as key leader for our Final Distribution (FD) Business globally.
The position reports to the Home and Distribution Global VP of Strategy & Sustainability.
What will you do?
- Develop in-depth understanding of the global FD portfolio
- Conduct research and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth and innovation
- Develop and implement comprehensive global strategies for the FD business
- Apply business judgement and knowledge of Schneider Electric solutions and organization to devise feasible and actionable recommendations for profitable growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and drive execution of strategic initiatives.
- Lead initiatives to enhance market positioning and improve product offerings
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports to communicate strategic progress to stakeholders.
- Prepare and present written and oral reports of findings to key stakeholders
- Develop, manage and maintain excellent relationships within Schneider Electric - at all levels of the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience in strategic planning and business development within the electrical distribution industry
- High level of conceptual skills and an ability to operate strategically
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing diverse teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and adapt to changing market dynamics
- Outstanding written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership team members individually and collectively, and get recommendations approved and implemented
- Regarded as a realistic and practical individual, and is respected for ability to deliver
- Must be an excellent facilitator and communicator
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse environments and cultures
- Comfortable with ambiguous situations where solutions may not be immediately apparent
- Highly independent and motivated with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
