Is responsible to ensure that every mission is delivered in perfect safe conditions and if needed requires adjustments from the customer
q Ensure his team Cyber security is fully compliant and report any incident.
q Manage the planning and coordination of the intervention
q Ensure high level customers satisfaction and FSR SE signature (Branding / technical level / communication/promote Digital Services offers)
q Responsible for the quality, repair FSB implementation and warranty customers support
q Ensure compliance with "Issue to Prevention" process for supply chain and quality issue detected on field
