Field Service Engineer - Power Systems

Schneider Electric Greece is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Field Services Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing customer equipment. This role involves maintaining, retrofitting, and providing technical support for Schneider Power Systems products (LV, MV) at customer sites. The Field Services Representative will analyze equipment malfunctions, interpret maintenance manuals, and use their knowledge of systems and electronics to resolve issues. The role requires availability for emergency interventions, maintaining service equipment, tools, and documentation, and identifying sales opportunities. All interventions must be prepared and performed in compliance with safety guidelines.

What will you do?
  • Perform Startup/Commissioning on Schneider Electric Power Systems products (MV, LV products).
  • Perform Preventive, scheduled and unscheduled interventions
  • Analyze and explain reports results to customers and management
  • Proactive participation to team collective initiatives and management meetings to achieve departmental and company goals
  • Understand scope of work, respect time allocation to perform job and ensure full traceability (timesheet, change order etc)
  • Support services planner, project manager and sales engineers to get good customer site condition understanding
  • Escalate quality or technical issue detected on field
  • Use all digital tools designed for SE Services Representatives and promote digitization to customers
  • Understand Ecostruxure offer and provide architecture solutions to customers
  • Track Installed Base (serviceable assets)
  • Advise customers for our solutions portfolio to optimize its install base and create lead generation business opportunities
  • Perform Services Operations in the field by providing best practices to customers and keep customer satisfaction in a high level
  • Comply with Safety and Cyber security policies, practices, and procedures

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • University or Technical University (AEI/TEI) degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Excellent oral and written command of the English language.
  • 4-5 years of equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Advanced PC skills, particularly with the MS Office Suite.
  • Valid driving license.
  • IT knowledge on general connectivity and network integration of devices.
