Now, we have a job opportunity for a Field Services Engineer in our Commercial team. In this role, you`ll be accountable for installing, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing customer equipment. FSR will maintain, retrofit, and provide technical support for all Schneider products, both in the workshop and on site. Test electrical equipment (MV/LV circuit breakers, protection relays, etc.) utilizing various tools and machines such as computers, software, workstations, circuitdiagram, etc. Analyze malfunctions in equipment and interpret maintenance manuals, using knowledge of systems and electronics to isolate and correct issues. FSR must be available to respond to emergency calls and for intervention, maintain service equipment, tools and documentation, and identify sales opportunities. Any intervention will have to be prepared and performed in total respect of safety guidelines (prevention plan, protection equipment...).

What will you do?
- Comply with Safety and cybersecurity policies, practices and procedures
- Field execution of startup, commissioning, integration and maintenance of Schneider Electric product & possible competition equipment
- Perform Preventive, scheduled and unscheduled Maintenance on equipment
- Perform basic audits of customer's electrical systems and equipment (MPS walktrough)
- Diagnoses and repairs electrical and mechanical equipment and systems and applies electrical/mechanical knowledge to recommend improvements to customer;
- Conduct complex product and system testing, interprets results and communicate accurate and comprehensive test reports;
- Proactive participation to team collective initiatives & management meetings to achieve departmental and company goals
- Understand scope of work, respect time allocation to perform job and ensure full traceability (timesheet,changeorderetc..)
- Support planners, coordinators, project manager to get good customer site condition understanding
- Escalate quality or technical issue detected on field
- Analyze and interpret technical procedures, governmental regulations, different problems on our equipment and provide appropriated answer
- Use all digital tools designed for SE FSR
- Advise customers on different opportunities to optimize its install base and create lead generation business opportunities
- Services and manages customer warranty claims (within their services scope) according to the company policy. Perform all the tasks within the time period determined by the corresponding company rules;
- Track Installed Base (serviceable assets)
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- University degree in Electrical Engineering/Energy;
- Relevant experience in related field;
- Knowledge of Excel, CAD systems and other MS Office products;
- Ability to manage with stressful situations and deadline pressures;
- Ability to travel throughout the country;
- Fluent English;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- High level of adoption of digital tools;
- Driving licence.
