For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $66,000 - $99,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:
  • Promote a "Safety first" culture within the team by leading through example, implementing all safety policies and procedures, and conducting necessary safety audits.
  • Ensure that every task is carried out under optimal safety conditions and request adjustments from the customer when necessary.
  • Ensure full compliance with team cyber security and promptly report any incidents. Manage the planning and coordination of interventions and prioritize high-level customer satisfaction and FSR SE signature (Branding, technical level, communication, and promotion of Digital Services offers).
  • Take responsibility for the quality, repair FSB implementation, and warranty customer support, as well as compliance with the "Issue to Prevention" process for supply chain and quality issues detected in the field.
  • Ensure that each FSR complies with all administrative processes, including time sheet adherence, Field Services Reporting, and control of overtime and travel time.
  • Encourage FSR Business Generation capabilities by promoting activities such as Business Opportunity Detection (FSR Lead Generation, Install Base tracking, etc.) while in the field. Ensure full adoption and utilization of digital tools such as Servicesmax Go, onsite, clocking, Tipi, etc.
  • Implement Annual Execution Plans and FS lean initiatives to support country services P&L performance.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electricity
  • UPS and Data Center experience
  • Candidate in Puerto Rico preferred
  • Must be able and willing to travel within the Caribbean Region
  • Fluent speaking/writing in both Spanish and English
