Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Klantaccounts beheren en ontwikkelen, sterke relaties opbouwen en onderhouden om uitzonderlijke klantervaringen te garanderen.
- Complexe besluitvormingsprocessen navigeren en complexe situaties met grondigheid en geduld aanpakken.
- Samenwerken met cross-functionele teams om klanttevredenheid en servicelevering te waarborgen.
- Proactief nieuwe zakelijke kansen binnen bestaande accounts identificeren en nastreven.
- Een sterke pijplijn van leads onderhouden en de voortgang volgen met behulp van CRM-tools.
- Strategische inzichten en professionele interacties bieden in alle klantcontacten.

- Ervaring: Een bewezen staat van dienst in field sales en relatiebeheer.
- Resultaatgericht: Proactief en gedreven om resultaten te behalen.
- Klantvaardigheden: Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel persoonlijk als via telefoon/e-mail.
- Organisatorische Vaardigheden: In staat om prioriteiten te stellen, meerdere taken te beheren en sterke klantrelaties op te bouwen.
- Taalvaardigheid: Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
- Klantgerichtheid: Je stelt de klant op de eerste plaats en herkent jezelf in eigenschappen zoals grondigheid, geduld en strategisch inzicht.
- Interpersoonlijke Vaardigheden: Sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, een zelfstarter die altijd leergierig is.
